Could be a lifesaver to invent one!

...In 1929, the committee, under the chairmanship of Owen D. Young, the head of General Electric [and founder of RCA] and a member of the Dawes committee, proposed a plan that reduced the total amount of reparations demanded of Germany to 121 billion gold marks, almost $29 billion, payable over 58 years. Another loan would be floated in foreign markets, this one totaling $300 million.

Hmmm. If The Quarterly Census of Employment and Wages uses the same statistics as the Bureau of Labor Statistics, which it is a part of, and bls.gov says Maine's unemployment rate was 7.6% in June 2011 and 7.5% in June 2012, why does the Bangor Daily News say "Maine added 6,800 jobs (excluding self-employed workers), representing 1.1 percent job growth, between June 2011 and June 2012. (9th paragraph down)

                                                                           ?

And why does bls.gov also say the national unemployment rate fell from 9.1% in June 2011 to 8.2% in june 2012
