Maine's Own lavender Legume (L.L.) Beans:

Lavender Legume (L.L.) Beans:



I regular can of green beans, strained and rinsed

2 big tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon margarine

1/4 sweet or Vidalia onion chopped

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Approximately 15 Terra Blues naturally blue potato chips

Place ingredients except potato chips in microwavable bowl. microwave for two minutes on high, mix with spoon for 30 seconds, then place the chips in a ziplock bag and crush them by rolling the bean can over them, spread chips evenly on top of serving. Serves one.
