John Nash has managed his illness without atypical meds But then there was a man in South St. Pete who the St. Pete Times said went off his meds whose girlfriend left him and he cut off her new boyfriend's head with a machete, set it on the hood of a car, then broke off the car's mirror and placed it in front of the head.
